Adventure your way through Kanchanaburi, the province regarded as the third-largest in the kingdom and home to a number of national parks and wildlife sanctuaries. Visit the Salakpra Wildlife Sanctuary and explore various types of forest and increase your chance to encounter wild animals in their habitat including deer, red bull, boar, gaur, and birds. This is a full-day soft adventure designed for nature lovers.
What to Expect
08:00 Pick up from hotel in Kanchanaburi by a/c vehicle. to Salak Phra Wildlife Sanctuary.
09:00 Upon arrival, meet the ranger get brief about the information of Salak Phra Wildlife Sanctuary before taking the 4WD vehicle and journey into the forest to observe the wild animals. Learn about various species of tropical plants and trees in the jungle.
Together we will help maintain the forest for wild animals by shooting a ball of seeds, or planting bamboo(depends on the season), enjoy observing various kinds of wildlife. Depends on your luck and skill, you might see the barking deer, deer, gazelles, elephant, gibbons, red bull, monkey, and including birds.
12:30 Departure for lunch at a local restaurant.
13:30 After lunch transfer to Erawan waterfall
13:50 Upon arrival, start trekking along the nature trail up to the waterfall while admiring the splendid surroundings. You may catch a glimpse of wild monkeys and birds, and appreciate the patterns and shapes of the tropical forest. Then enjoy relaxing and swimming in its emerald-colored pools.
15:30 Transfer back to the Kanchanaburi town.
16:30 Arrive Kanchanaburi city and transfer to hotel
